After having done puff pastry for the last Daring Baker's Challenge, why not try croissants? Same deal with the whole folding a giant block of butter in anyway right? I used La Tartine Gourmand's recipe
here, for no particular reason really. It's not that intimidating and NOTHING is better than a fresh baked flakey buttery croissant. NOTHING!!! do it. try it.
Nothing beats a buttery croissant, specially homemade! You're right! They look down right perfect!
