You know you probably aren't attending the right type of university when you have sudden urges to drop everything and make a recipe. I've been thinking about the idea of making pumpkin cinnamon rolls for a really long time and I've also been ranting to my boyfriend for the past two days about how much i want a cinnamon roll. Well, the time has finally come... i made this exact recipe and the reason why i haven't talked about how amazing and wonderful they are yet is because i really want the cream cheese frosting and...i have no cream cheese. It is a terrible moment right now, watching the pan of puffy gooey pumpkin cinnamon buns sit on the counter with no frosting. Ok, i'll admit i ripped off a tiny corner and it was absolutely delicious, but i'm going to wait for that cream cheese...
