Junior's would probably be the first place I would go. I think it was a Food Network challenge show and Junior's devil's food cheesecake was up for replication. The moment I saw it and the idea of layers of cheesecake, mousse and devil's food cake came up I went into one of those "I have to try my hand at this recipe NOW" baking frenzies and this is what i came up with. It's a layer of chocolate devil's food cake, chocolate buttercream, and vanilla cheesecake all covered with a dark chocolate ganache topped with buttercream flowers. I'm posting this to remind myself to try some different combinations and variations to make some more interesting cheesecakes.
