Pickled Cucumber Salad

- 1 tsp ground garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- lots of white vinegar
- sesame oil
- little bit of a soy sauce
- optional garlic pepper sauce (to make spicy)
